JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor's degree graduate
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
At least have 5 years of experience in Business Excellence or continuous Improvement under BPO industry
Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English, conversational to business level
Willing to work in Shifting Schedule and Flexible
Willing to work in any location site (Quezon City, Mandaluyong Taguig, Alabang)
Responsibilities:
Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve Cost, Quality and Client Value
Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
Support business and functional team to achieve quality objectives.
Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
Lead global projects in Business Excellence
Drives the Business Excellence program for a client/ clients in a site/ across sites
Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence
