Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any course
At least 2 years of administrative experience or related experience
Knowlegeable in MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Willing to work in Online Gaming Company
Responsibilities:
Assists the Sales team by managing schedules and preparing, organizing, and distributing reports, presentations, documents, or other work related materials.
Respond to online and offline queries in a friendly and professional manner when members of the Sales team are not available.
Manage appointments and follow-ups on business events and internal meeting schedule, and organize and remind the Sales team of their schedules and agendas.
Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed minutes during internal company meetings and external client meetings.
Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress and performance of the Sales department.
Produce progress and performance reports on the Sales team and outline strengths and weaknesses etc., to help the Sales manager understand how the team is performing and how to improve and enhance performance.
Perform additional tasks assigned by Management relevant to work of the Sales Department.
Create business budget charters for any business related purposes, and coordinate with the Finance Department on travel and transportation expenses etc. for the Sales team.
Coordinate and track monthly budget allocation for members of the Sales team.
