Duties:
Be fully responsible for the recruitment of talents;
Assist the superior to determine the recruitment target according to the existing preparation and business development needs,
Summarize the number of job requirements and personnel requirements, and formulate and implement recruitment plans;
Release position demand information and do a good job in company image publicity;
Collect talent market information of all regions, and those with recruitment experience are preferred
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English both written and verbal
Junior college or above, major in human management or related; fresh student preferred, with or without industry experience
Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, communication and coordination, organization and planning;
The ability of written expression can bear strong working pressure;
Meticulous and careful, with strong sense of responsibility and affinity;
Be proficient in using computers and various office software, and have basic network knowledge
