This company is a real estate company providing construction business to Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be Conversational level in both Mandarin and English
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Must have 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Real Estate Industry is required
Required Skill(s): Property management, Marketing Skills, Negotiation skills
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Self-motivated has a strong teamwork spirit
Experience in sales/marketing strategy and effective demonstration skills in the real estate industry
Open for any Native Candidates with working and Permanent visa
Must be okay with Office Based
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the company's reputation and publicize the building.
Able to demonstrate and explain accurately, provide service with patience, make sure that clients are satisfied with the service we provide.
Able to fully and proficiently master the planning, design, construction, and management of the real estate project,
Knowledgeable with real estate property laws, regulations, and local government compliances,
Reflect customer information to the sales manager in a timely manner;
Communicate with Sales/marketing for the company to maintain its updated sales strategy.
Assist in clients' after-sales service;
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the facilities on the areas open for viewing and sale.
