Requirements:
Fluent with both English and Mandarin Communication (written and oral)
At least 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience
Excellent customer service skills and project management skills
Minimum 2 years' degree in Technical or Business discipline
Main Responsibilities:
Actively manage project and mentor site based employees
Provide regular reporting to senior management on status of the projects.
Liaise with Market Unit Sales teams to ensure required documentation is completed and submitted prior to design/proposal commencement.
Conduct weekly update meetings with the team to provide details on current and future projects
Regularly review OSC and work with Market Unit Sales team to ensure information is up to date.
Work with design and engineering teams to ensure proposals are completed in a timely manner
