Duties:
Proactively monitor the health of the cryptographic services infrastructure (24x7)
Log any incidents into Service Now, with sufficient details and take the necessary actions to resolve it routing the case promptly to the next level
Answer how to inquiries for services users referring them to the
"How to" documentation
Update documentation when required
Constantly update knowledge and skills required for the job
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write MANDARIN language
Must be CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Open to Filipino, Native speakers and Filipino-Chinese
Graduate of IT Course and any Engineering or any relevant courses
Skills needed Mandarin Language, JIRA, LINUX, Tomcat
3 years of working experience
Preferably with certificate
