Requirements:
Preferably bachelor's degree holder
With good communication skills in English
Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Has work experience in handling regulatory compliance
Duties:
Handle phone, email, and chats professionally and friendly matter
Assist customer in their inquiry regarding medical devices
Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the records.
Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations.
