RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in conceptualizing the topics, and observe the delivery of training by the Training Vendor's facilitator.
Manage, lead and develop staffs foster collaborative, efficient work practices, and encouragement of initiative. Build and maintain positive and influencing relationships within the team. In order to help and develop the skills and competencies of the HR Training Specialist
Lead in checking and getting training venues to see if ample to support all expected participants including materials needed to seek help from HRES in purchasing.
