REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written, Professional Working Proficiency)
Knowledge in Ms. Office, Job Portals
Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferably candidates with Experience, at least a year in Recruitment Field or HR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To source and select open requisition within Asia and/or any other regions as required by the Head of Department and/or Managers and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding job posting and making payments to activate accounts.
Responsible for screening and evaluating acquired profiles based on the requirements and job description given.
Conducting set of interviews, coordinating with relevant line managers and providing objective evaluation in order to determine the right candidate for the position.
Handling documentation and reference checking in a discreet manner for job offer creation.
