REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino citizen (as we will be exceeding the limit in hiring foreign nationals as required by PEZA)
High proficiency in Mandarin language skills (writing, listening, speaking, reading)
Bachelor's degree holder - 4 year course graduate
Has at least 1 year experience working in BPO industry - handles calls/voice account & email support; exposure in handling Fraud account is an advantage
DUTIES:
Will be highly engaged in handling inbound phone calls, emails from customers regarding the fraud of the company's product.
Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
Monitor constantly customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.
