Preferably Experienced on IT or Customer Service background | Procurements, Accounts Payable related position is a plus
International experience preferred and would be an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
Has an ability to work in a team
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
DUTIES:
Processes incoming queries (either via call or e-mail) from the employees as well as suppliers globally and clarifies open questions about purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and (outstanding) payments with suppliers and internal business partners globally.
Analyze process- and system-errors and solve and/or forward those issues or any other query according to the activity.
Performs end-user trainings for S2P systems.
Act as first focal point of contact for the complete process globally.
Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to ensure SLA.
