Company Profile:
This company is a real estate company providing construction business to Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
Complete finance/audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
● Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
● Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
● Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Auditing
At least 4 years of working experience under Retail Trade Industry
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English languages;
Familiar with the management of foreign trade company's finance, customs declaration, warehousing, etc.
Active, hardworking, team player
