JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile:
This company is a Technology company that is known for its gadgets and other electronic devices. A leading brand in China and one of the top smartphone brands in the world expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assisting the CFO in the daily tasks.
● Over-all responsible for overseeing the team when the CFO is on a business trip.
● Perform payroll-related tasks
● Perform temporary work and other tasks as assigned by his superior.
● Record work summary and revolving funds from regions.
● Checking Bank Reconciliation makes sure it is cleared.
● Answer concerns from regions.
● Record PDC's and update the group with clear information.
● Made necessary documents/memos for the finance department.
● Record meetings from regions and follow-up concerns if any.
● Monitor and update with agencies/
● Translate documents/memo.
● Audit in Other regions, with accurate information.
● Check and Collect KPI standards and references.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog
● Open for Filipino Chinese
● With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field
● With 1 to 2 years related experience
● Knowledgeable in handling BIR reports and Alphalist is a plus
● Experience in Payroll, Excel Formulation and Taxation is a plus
