China's top SmartPhones company is looking for Mandarin Speakers. They have been focusing on manufacturing mobile phones. This is an Electronics and mobile communication company.
Job Description:
Assisting the CFO in the daily tasks including the recording work summary and revolving funds from different branches
Checking Bank Reconciliation makes sure it all the details are accurate
Responsible in making necessary documents/memo for the finance department.
Translating documents written in Mandarin as needed
Check if key performance indicator are being met from different regions
Processing payroll from other regions, headquarter of the company
Requirement:
Proficient in speaking, reading, writing Mandarin
With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field
With 1 to 2 years related experience
Knowledgeable in handling BIR reports and Alphalist
Experience in Payroll, Excel Formulation and Taxation is preferred.
