JOB DETAILS:
COMPANY PROFILE: The company offers technical services and integrated solutions to various industries such as E-Commerce, I.T, Finance and Real-Estate.
Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday - Friday 9:30 to 6:30 PM)
Industry: Financial Services
Salary: Php 70,000 to Php 150,000

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Can speak Mandarin and English
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal • Assistant or equivalent.
Excellent Communication skills
High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
Strong keen on details and problem solving skills.
Excellent computer skills
Able to render longer hours
Female applicants, 24-33 years old and must be at least 5'5" in height
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO
Manage the CEO's schedule
Arrange travel and logistics such as; Booking of flight, Hotel accommodation and car rental
Answering phone calls and emails, book-keeping, documentation, transcription and all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Contact person for completing expense reports after the trip.
In contact with different departments or offices regarding the information and logistical preparations needed by the CEO
