This company focuses on organizing, branding and planning of the following company events such as concerts, fun runs, annual events, year-end parties, Christmas parties, music festival and more. They are handling the events and functions of big companies such as Philippine's biggest hotel and casino.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any course.
Preferably with admin, coordinator or marketing background.
If no experience, must have marketing potential.
Can work in Makati and other places too for events.
Responsibilities:
Arrange the schedule of the CEO.
Answer the calls of clients for CEO line.
Receive and assist incoming visitors.
Manage the appointments, schedule and minutes of meetings.
File and record documents needed by the CEO.
