Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any courses
Proficient Mandarin (Speak, read and write)
Candidate must be flexible in terms of schedule
Responsibilities:
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Helping prepare for meetings and prepare the minutes of the meeting
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provide general administrative support.
Translate the conversations from Mandarin to English or vise versa
