Position: Mandarin Customer Service
Salary: P70,000-P100,000
Schedule: Fixed Night shift (Weekends Off)

Duties:
Interact with health plan members (Member Engagement) through outbound and inbound telephone contact to review and assess health plan member's eligibility for Dual Enrollment Advocate (DEA).
Responsible regarding the health care plan
Update the renewal of healthcare plan of the members
Completes MSP renewal applications if needed for members. Ensure that applications are filled out and every question is answered correctly before the member submits it to the state.
Requirements:
Open for undergraduates
Preferably with Customer Service Experience
Must be willing to do the night shift schedule
Can start as soon as possible
