Fluent in Mandarin (Speak, read, write) and conversant in English
With or without experience in BPO/CSR
Must be Good in communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree Graduate ONLY

Basic Knowledge on Computers
Age limit up to 40 years old
Willing to work Day Shift or Night Shift (Shifting)
Willing to work OFFICE-BASED
DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls/chats from customers regarding financial related.
Resolving customer inquiries/ requests on how to log-in in the account
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Provide quality customer service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
