This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
College level with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role.
Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills.
Proficiency in using computers, calculators, and other machines required for transactions.
Responsibilities:
Receive payments and present change to customers;
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of the shifts to ensure that amount are correct and that there is adequate change;
Pack food items, make coffee, and fill beverage cups;
Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant;
Make reservations for the customers;
Receive food checks from waiters or customers;
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction;
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations;
Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period;
Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment.
