JOB DETAILS:
Company profile: This Company provides employment screening solutions and right information to reduce risk and stay compliant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Update corporate clients regarding employment screening status
· Coordinate with proper department to receive accurate results
· Provide turn around time and deliver the result based on the agreed date
· Uploading documents and files needed for the screening of clients
· Raise concerns to clients if additional contacts are needed
· Notify the client if the result are available already
· Give accurate update and status report to the corporate client
REQUIREMENTS:
· Native or Non-Native speakers who can speak, read and write both Mandarin and Cantonese
· Can speak English - Conversational
· Graduate of Bachelor's Degree is a big plus
· Open to undergraduates
· With Customer Service Background for at least 6months and up
· With CSR Background is preferred
· Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa

· Final interview with Global Customer Care Manager
