★ResponsibilityCreate and process marketing strategy based on company business plan
★Job detail1, Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the company's overall business objectives.2, Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring the development of effective marketing programs and campaigns that generate high-quality leads, drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.3, Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new games and features, as well as optimize the player experience to increase engagement and lifetime value.4, Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing.5, Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and affiliates to drive traffic and revenue growth.6, Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.7, Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new marketing opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in the US/UK Europe gaming market.-At least 3years Marketing Manager experience-Chinese Mandarin Business level (HSK 5/6 level)
