What is your mission?
* As a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor, you will be working with our Luxury Fashion Account to deliver customer experience through phone and email.
You will get a chance to collaborate and partner with some of the most important and influential luxury designers in the world!
You are also required to perform these job functions:
* Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process
* Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
* Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments\Who are we looking for?
* Completed 2 years in college
* Preferably with BPO/call center work experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
* A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
* Amenable to work rotating shifts
* Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City
