Open for Native Chinese and other nationalities
Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
With CSR Background is preferred
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in responding to inbound contacts from clients and candidates
Making sure that deadlines and Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
Provides a high quality level of customer care when responding to email and phone inquiries
Takes full ownership of all queries, providing a prompt resolution
Manages client and candidate expectations throughout the background screening process, through clear and professional communication
Consistently achieves individual targets and contributes positively to team goals
Follows the correct escalation paths to liaise with Operational and Technical support teams
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
HR interview and Written exam in Mandarin
Peer interview with Mandarin-speaking employee
Interview with Team Leader
Final interview with Global Customer Care Manager
