Willing to work on-site
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily communication and translation for the overseas post-loan team(both verbal & oral)
Assist team leader in daily management issues of the local team. (Indicators and policies issued)
Assist department head to monitor the working status of the local team, including but not limited to discipline, efficiency, training processing, etc.
Monitor local team's performance and give feedback with suggestions on time to the leader.
Report to the department head when abnormal or other unexpected and uncontrollable situation occurs to the team;
Other tasks assigned by superior
