Duties:
Ensuring company policies are followed.
Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
Working closely with the regional general manager to lead staff.
Assisting customers whenever necessary.
Organizing employee schedules.
Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research.
Requirements:
Must be Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)
Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities
Bachelor's Degree in any related courses
Preferably with Background in Logistics
Must be 40 years old below
Preferably Male, but can also consider Female
