JOB DETAILS:
This is a German Car Company known for producing luxury and commercial vehicles worldwide. One of the world's largest manufacturers of luxury passenger cars and continually expanding its worldwide production network.
REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate to Professional Level Mandarin Proficiency - Reading, writing, and spoken (Traditional)
Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology or related discipline
Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuous Process Improvement
Participate in the implementation of process optimization & standardization
Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in your own processes.
Execute UAT on processes handled
Operational Performance Management
Help on extracting data for KPI reporting
Provide audit supports and answer audit queries pertaining to processes handled
Submit monthly internal control evidence
Ensures compliance of the agreed internal KPI to the team as well as the related monthly reporting to relevant parties i.e.
Functional tasks
Responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks: daily business operations and perform accounting procedures related to transactional accounting ( Accounts Receivable)
Collection Management:
Support on the processing of daily cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing Transitory & customer's account
Perform critical tasks on pay-outs and collections e.g. direct debits
Open item and Dispute management including reports
Perform refund process and execution of Dunning process
Responsible for the delivery of month-end tasks to ensure on-time closing of AR sub-ledger for assigned market.
