REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate to Professional Level Mandarin Proficiency - Reading, writing, and spoken (Traditional)
Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology or related discipline
Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support on the processing of daily cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing Transitory & customer's account
Perform critical tasks on pay-outs and collections e.g. direct debits
Open item and Dispute management including reports
Perform refund process and execution of Dunning process
Responsible for the delivery of month-end tasks to ensure on-time closing of AR sub-ledger for assigned market
