Responsibilities 责任:
Answering calls regarding the product of this marketing company.
Assisting Chinese who would like to use their service.
Answering calls from Chinese company who would like to use their services
Giving advantages of using their service.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
