QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in total rewards, human resources, or a related field, at least 2 to 3 years of leading teams experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coach and engage team members Passion for creating a competitive and rewarding total rewards program. Conduct regular compensation reviews to assess competitiveness and make appropriate adjustments as needed. Oversee the administration of annual merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs. Benefits Administration Design and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with benefits vendors and brokers to negotiate competitive rates and improve the overall benefits package. Analyze benefits utilization and feedback from employees to optimize offerings and address emerging needs. Performance Management and Recognition Design and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions. Compliance and Governance Ensure total rewards programs adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to maintain compliance. HRIS and HR Technology Management Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS) in SAP and other connected HR systems. Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS. Data Analysis and Reporting Creation of dashboard for top management source of truth Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team. Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to total rewards effectiveness. Employee Communication and Education: Develop communication strategies to effectively promote and explain total rewards programs to employees. Conduct educational sessions to help employees understand the value and benefits of the total rewards package. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee Engagement: Measure employee satisfaction with total rewards programs through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Attrition Rate: Monitor the rate of voluntary employee turnover to assess the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy in retaining talent. Compensation Competitiveness: Evaluate the organization's salary ranges against industry benchmarks and adjust as needed to maintain competitiveness. Benefits Utilization: Analyze benefits enrollment and utilization data to ensure employees are taking advantage of available offerings. Performance Management Effectiveness: Measure the impact of performance management systems on employee performance and development. Cost Management: Monitor and manage total rewards budget to ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering competitive programs. Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Employee Communication Effectiveness: Assess the clarity and effectiveness of communication regarding total rewards programs.
