Job Description:
Directly responsible for managing every stage of recruitment and candidate selection in the organization - attracting talent, vetting candidates and advising the business on the best recruitment practices and processes.
Implement the approved staffing plan of assigned functional area (either IT or Operations). Ensure that staffing policies, practices and programs are complied with. Provides consultancy to the leaders and managers of assigned functional area to address staffing related business needs. Work with the leaders and managers of assigned functional area in crafting and implementing the resourcing plan.
Additionally, the Recruitment Manager is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources - develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.
