Management of the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Departments;
Create the company's supply chain strategy;
Analyze date from shipping and delivering process to determine bottlenecks and other issues;
Evaluate and report on KPI's;
Monitor the logistics process on daily basis;
Maintain supply chain inventory and records;
Train and guide employees;
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes;
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans. (Operations, Planning, Finance etc);
Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain;
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards;
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to reduce company's cost and improve profitability / competitiveness
