Description
• Management of the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Departments;
• Create the company's supply chain strategy;
• Analyze date from shipping and delivering process to determine bottlenecks and other issues;
• Evaluate and report on KPI's;
• Monitor the logistics process on daily basis;
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records;
• Train and guide employees;
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes;
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans. (Operations, Planning, Finance etc);
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain;
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards;
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to reduce company's cost and improve profitability / competitiveness
