Builds and executes social media and digital marketing strategies to achieve superior customer reach and engagement, constant following and cos-effective campaigns by strategically exploiting all aspects of social and digital media.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures that social and digital media programs are aligned with the company's objectives, are backed by empirical data, and will obtain measurable results through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification.
2. Monitors, listens and responds to users in digital platforms while cultivating leads and sales and conducting online advocacy and partnerships for cross-promotions.
3. Develops and manages Digital and Social Media ad campaigns. Oversees design and layout (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
4. Collaborates with other departments (customer relations, sales, HR, etc) in managing reputation across SEAOIL's social media and other digital platforms.
5. Collaborates with marketing partners in developing campaigns for programs, and ensures that these efforts translate to improved awareness of our brands and promotions.
6. Develops and implements digital marketing communications programs for fuel products and franchise business.
7. Plans and executes marketing communications programs to promote the SEAOIL Franchise Business and supports Franchising Group's objectives.
8. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications for the Role:
Marketing or Communications graduate (i.e. Marketing Management, Communication Arts, Mass Communication); No school/university preferences
Certified Digital Marketing Professional (not required but is a plus)
At least three years relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, or in a corporate setting (preferably retail) with digital marketing work
Analytical skills
Understands CRM platform and solutions
With User Experience and Design background
Creative Graphic design skills (not required but is a plus)
Realistic Job Preview:
The successful candidate is expected to:
Develop a strategy
Create a program around that strategy
Measure the success of the program
Other day-to-day work will include monitoring of social media properties (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and supervising the work of the Digital Marketing Officer.
To successfully execute and follow through with plans, he/she will be dealing with different types of people within the team, across departments, and outside (partners/agencies) the company.
He/she is expected to represent the company very well during outside/industry events.
He/she will also be tasked to handle product marketing for Fuels, Lubes, and Motor Sports from time to time.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
