What You Bring to the Role: Training and Quality Process Management Development of system design and maintenance of the site quality program measurements of success, procedural work plan based on targeted areas of focus for improvement, specific team process map documentation, etc. Implementation of Training and Quality policies, and auditing of business operations functions, including, but not limited to: observing and recommending improvements to production associate coaching and ensuring feedback is provided to Training and Quality Specialists Leadership and Coaching Leading synergy with Operations and other support teams in performance and process improvement initiatives by supplementing any necessary data points collected from audits, initial observations and practical recommendations over production behaviors. Accountability for team's resource planning hiring, re-allocation of team members' workload, as necessary and maintenance/improvement of work efficiencies. Business Insights and Stakeholder Management Analyze tower-wide input and provide Sr. Leaders and Executives of business insights Collaboration with business leaders and Manila Management Team on strategic planning, optimization initiatives, business solutions and workflow/interaction issues resolution. The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications: Formal education or training required such as degrees, courses of study, certification: BA/4-year degree, with upside on Business/Statistics exposure, preferred Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt preferred (trained/certified) preferred Previous work experience required for a new hire in this position indicate type of experience and length of experience: 3yrs + in any combination of Sales, Finance, Vendor Management and / or BPO 3yrs + in Managery or Managerial role overseeing operations or Training and Quality support functions o 4yrs + in a Shared Services or BPO company 2yrs + Process Improvement or Quality Analysis Knowledge of: International business practices Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, etc.) HR practices in Philippines Skill in: Project management, leading and/or providing guidance to teams Data analysis via correlation, RCA etc. Managing cross functional project teams Coaching and development of others Financial analysis Communications Proven Ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to advise management and staff of status on work and potential issues Interpersonal Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization .This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
