Job Description
Prepares valuation reports (ocular inspection, research, data analysis, report preparation)
Creates new accounts and manages existing ones
Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed
Qualifications
Graduate of mechanical engineering course
Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
At least 3 (Senior Valuer), 5 (Manager), or 10 (Senior Manager) years relevant industry experience is required
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure with client interactions
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage
Experience in business development and client management is an advantage
