The Manager Process Excellence will be accountable for establishing the Quality Management Framework (QMF) with agreed upon metrics and reporting. He/she will be responsible for establishing baseline performance for different metrics / OLA's / SLA's etc. He / She would also apply Lean Six Sigma / Design Thinking to improve processes. He/she will also lead and facilitate Change Management efforts for JLL Business Services to drive and sustain transformation. He/she will lead Continuous Improvement efforts to value-market the benefits that JLL Business Services brings to both internal and external clients. Further, the Quality Lead will enable the JBS Operational Excellence strategy by using data and process analysis to identify automation opportunities
Highest qualitative delivery
The manager process excellence will be responsible for identifying, leading and supporting transformation and process improvement initiatives across JLL and the JLL business services. The role requires deep understanding of Process mapping and documentation - ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/ dataflows / systems maps. Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution. Well-versed in knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology. Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement practices in his/ her previous roles. Sound understanding of current technologies/ solutions available to improve business processes. Demonstrated ability to utilize quality management tools to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction. Excellent facilitation skills to work with diverse teams in standardizing the processes. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
Additional responsibilities
The Manager process excellence would also be responsible for training employees on Lean / Six Sigma concepts and drive a culture of continuous improvement

Impeccable expertise
We're looking for University Graduates / Post-Graduates or equivalent work experience in process excellence / business excellence / Black Belt roles. Black Belt/ Lean certification is a must with minimum of eight (8) years' industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant; Strong attention to detail; Knowledge of Contact Centre would be an added advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Team player with capability to work independently. High energy and positive attitude.
Immaculate knowledge
Demonstrated experience in leading / supporting large scale End to end projects using Lean / Six Sigma / Design thinking approach. Experience in working with automation teams to drive digitization. Ability to create project plans and articulate timelines for completion along with key milestones and expected outcomes. Team player with capability to work independently. High energy and positive attitude
