Job Description
The IT Security Manager role is responsible for maintaining, implementing and monitoring Information security standards and controls across cyber security domains over entire spectrum including identification of issues and threats, operational security, security monitoring and incident management to ensure that information assets are secure to achieve or exceed Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) objectives.
Accountabilities:
Drive an effective implementation of InfoSec frameworkincluding strategy, governance, standards, processes, policies and tools while maintaining alignment with Global ExpressISMS (Information Security Management System) framework.
Act as Security SME/champion for country management/business functions on Security related issues, report on security risks and effectiveness of security controls & cyber response capabilities and take appropriate actions to elevate the security posture to acceptable level.
Ensure correct and secure operation of information processing systems, monitor performance of security tools, review configuration/set-up for their effectiveness, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in services provided by variouspartners.
Lead on initiatives related to supply chain security in context of partners and vendors supporting DHL Network, perform/provide governance to audits and closure of findings.
Build relationships in horizontal and vertical organization (country leadership and security team at APEC/Global level) and represent Information Security practice in cross-functional forums as required.
Champion IT Security awareness initiatives across aimed at educating people of common attack vectors, reducing the attack surface and assess effectiveness of theseinitiatives.
Support Data Protection initiatives at country level and collaborate with Country IT leadership in development and implementation of Data Protectionprogram.
Assessand manage business criticalapplications using Archer/One Trust including the IT 10-Points Security
Understand the country regulations on DataProtection Act(DPA) andensure to comply, e.g. PH DP Act for 2012
Conductregularaudit of Business Continuity Plan
Manageand implement IT security standard and/or Cyber Security plan withinbudget.
ConductIT security awareness campaign and training inthe country
ManageSecurityand DataProtectionincidents.
ManageIT audits when required
Your Profile:
An information security expert with an ability to assess and drive security practice from both a wider perspective including people, technology, processes and business context.
10+ years of relevant experience in large, complex and matrix multinational organization
Technical experience in two or more of below
Security Program Management
Governance Risk and Compliance
Security Monitoring and Incident Response
Professional Services (Security toolset design/implementation)
Good communication skills in English and Country language
Logistics business acumen and knowledge of Express industry preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM etc. are a plus
