Human Capital Services Manager
TeleTech is seeking a Human Capital Services Manager to join our Human Capital Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Novaliches, Philippines.
What you'll be doing:
Human Capital Services Managers lead a team of human capital service center specialists to meet the administrative and employee relations needs of an assigned business unit/geography. This includes training the team to deliver a high level of customer service, establish policies and processes to assist with data entry and maintenance, on-boarding and educating employees regarding all administrative and employee relation issues. Human Capital Services Managers adhere to all human capital service center performance objectives, metrics, and standard operating procedures to maximum team performance. Human Capital Services Managers proactively identify service center solutions that will enhance performance and improve operating margins.
What you'll bring to us:
Understand all key business initiatives and goals for supported business units
Minimize the number and severity of employment claims made against TeleTech
Manage/support a team of Human Capital Services Specialists to deliver outstanding Human Capital services
Improve the key success metrics for their business units
Develop a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within supported business units
Ensure 100% compliance with, and implementation of, HC technology and programs within a specific geographic location
What skills you'll need:
Knowledge of call center business
Performance Based Interviewing expertise
Process improvement certification (white belt or above)
Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines across different geographies (compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.)
