Manager Flight Dispatcher Description: Flight dispatcher is in-charge of providing crew a flight package including Fuel, NOTAMS, and weather. Responsibilities: Computes Fuel requirements all flights from all our customers. Monitors and ensures all flights are compliance with the regulations for each of our customers. Monitors airport suitability across the network. Monitors NOTAMS and ensure they are adequately filtered or passed for further analysis to other ops teams. Monitors weather and advises accordingly OCC Manager and the rest of OCC of weather alerts. Tracks flights and aircraft positions accordingly to regulations and reports to OCC manager in the case of any event. Ensures that flight packages are delivered to Crew on time, then completed by crew after the flight on time. Response to management requests of flight packages. Deals directly with suppliers on emergency situations (malfunctions affecting ops) and long- term supplier management for continuous improvement and SLA monitoring. Lead and supervise a team of flight dispatchers. Requirements: 5 years' experience as management in the lfight dispatching area. Has experience discussing with regulators on paperless operations. Knowledge on configuring flight planning systems and EFB systems.
