Primary Responsibilities:
· Prepares adhoc reports like Commercial Reports.
· Coordinates with Cargo Operations, ISD, Marketing, Sales, Bills and CCD on procedures and processes affecting cargo transactions.
· Coordinates with GSAs, Cargo Agents and Shippers on matters affecting air waybill charges.
· Coordinates with other airlines on matters affecting IATA Billings.
· Reviews and recommends approval of the following (a.) refund transaction (b.) invoices, debit and credit memo (c.) IATA Billings (d.) rejections of other airline billings (e.) correspondence to other airlines regarding disputed billings (f.) journal vouchers.
· Validates propriety of account balances handled by the section.
· Attends to various inquiries/meetings of other Departments on matters affecting Cargo Revenue Accounting.
· Attends to any update regarding development of system related to Cargo Revenue Accounting System and SAP.
· Monitors and evaluates employee performance for the entire team.
Basic Qualifications:
· A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
· Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
· Must have at least 2 years of managerial/supervisory role.
· Preferably with audit experience.
· Experience in process improvement is a plus.
Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
