Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Manager, BPO Partner Management to be based in our Paranaque office, Philippines.
The Manager will lead one or more Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner relationships within Global Services (GS) Finance, such as Finance & Accounting (F&A), Global Payroll, Travel & Expenditure (T&E) or other outsourced functions. This portfolio of BPO service providers supports the internal GS Finance service delivery organization and works in close collaboration with multiple business units and other internal stakeholder groups Globally. The Manager is responsible for ensuring strong Governance to optimize value from BPO relationships and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual, service performance, and financial obligations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
Supports the long-term strategy and framework for BPO Partnerships within GS Finance and ensures alignment with the overall Global Services BPO strategy.
Interacts on an executive and operational level with BPO Partners.
Ensures that resources are in place and plans are developed and executed to achieve agreed upon goals and strategies.
Represents GS Finance BPO team on appropriate leadership and project teams, acting as the internal relationship manager.
Develops appropriate expertise and keeps track of relevant market developments to ensure BPO partnerships within GS Finance are operating at or above industry benchmarks.
Operational
Provides oversight and facilitates resolution and escalation for all service level, contract and compliance issues.
Supports contract and financial management activities directly with Finance and Program Managers around contract management and financial management.
Provides guidance, oversight and coaching for negotiating teams and/or acts as the primary negotiator with largest and most complex BPO partners within GS Finance.
Builds alignment with multiple stakeholder groups within GS Finance and other SME's as needed to ensure diligent review and approval of all significant projects undertaken by the BPO Partner(s).
Responsible to ensure BPO Partner(s) within GS Finance are compliant with internal and external policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required
10+ years of related experience
Demonstrated excellence with Supplier Management and relating skills, including commercial negotiations, service level tracking and improvement, financial management, supplier contracting, business continuity planning
Proven leadership, including demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups with or without explicit authority
Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex global environment, including substantial flexibility to accommodate working hours in multiple regions
Potential and passion to shape the BPO space and drive governance capability to be top quartile in industry
Excellent project management skills
Must be proficient in the English language
Superior written and oral communication skills
