Job Description:
Will undergo a 6-months Management Training Program wherein he/she must meet and do the following:
Do prospecting and sourcing of clients through one's existing networks and referrals.
Analyze the need and design a fitting financial solution for clients.
Establish and maintain good and lasting client relationship.
Setting up own team of at least 2 financial coaches upon onboarding and 4 within 6 months.
Ensuring that each team member is active and performing.
Meeting planned sales goals for the team.
Making sure that the team is consistently delivering the mark of having quality business within the company.
Job Specifications & Skills:
Monthly performance-based income
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; degrees in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance and Commerce is an advantage
Knowledgeable and active in Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)
Familiar or proficient in: MS Office Applications & iOS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
With a proven track record of excellence in sales and/or sales management
Can set up his/her team of seasoned sales professionals upon onboarding
Willingness to undergo continuous and extensive training
