JOB SUMMARY
The Management Accountant / Business Analytics Lead is responsible for the financial analytics reporting to management. He / She shall prepare and consolidate all management reports. He/She shall assess reports and, where possible, improves effectiveness of all reports templates. He/She shall spearhead creation of Management dashboards (and improvement thereof) for visibility and real-time assessment of enterprise performance and provide insights to management team for arriving at key strategic and operational decisions aligned to company's strategic objectives.

2. Business Analytics.
a. Assess reports and, where possible, improves effectiveness of all reports templates
b. Interfaces and collaborates with operational counterparts and partners in benchmarking.
c. Design predictive analytics and diagnostic analytics processes and develop strategic analytics that will provide high impact business insights
d. Acquire relevant data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems and develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
e. Apply data methodology to design / create analytics reports, tools and capabilities to improve business performance based on the opportunities
f. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and recommend operational actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review execution based on recommendations
g. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and provide strategic insights for Management decision-making for high-impact areas driving medium / long term business results and for business planning
h. Collaborate with key stakeholders, and identify key risks and opportunities to improve operational performance.
i.. Assists the management in defining key KPIs based on analytical output and set up processes to drive these KPIs after aligning with the stakeholders.
j. Assist in action planning through tracking and monitoring of continuous improvement measures arising from top drivers, root cause analyses on an enterprise-wide level.
3. Prepares year-on-year forecast as guide to achieving corporate goals. Validate and assess each division's plan, if this is in accordance to corporate targets and consolidates the plan for presentation to management.
4. Prepares ad-hoc reports/ analyses to support management plans and decisions that will improve day-to-day operations and future scenarios.
5. Assists immediate superior in evaluation of existing systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness of those in the company operations, without deviating generally accepted accounting and audit procedures.
6. Assists in cycle and annual physical count of inventories and reconciliation of variances.
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management Accounting Manager
EDUCATION
Preferably College Graduate, Finance-related course is an advantage, but not required
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of 1 year experience in a data analysis role (preferably with the experience of data analysis/reporting in an IT/Telecommunication/Call Centre environment)
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
with SAP Background and extensive knowledge in statistics
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Good personal organizational skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Experience in using Microsoft Business Solutions Software is an advantage
Willing to be assigned / relocated in Washington Tower, Paranaque City.
