Job description
Ensures all mall facilities and equipment are in good working conditions at all times.
Identifies proactive maintenance and asset reliability improvement of process and projects.
Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Confers with supervisory personnel, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
Develops processes and procedures on proper maintenance of physical, electrical and plumbing asset.
Ensures improvement in reliability of facilities.
Ensures a complete and updated facility maintenance records.
Recommends to Engineering Department (for their evaluation), new maintenance programs that can be possibly implemented in the mall.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Licensed Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)
Preferably with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
