Major Accounts Executive - Region 2 (North / Central Luzon)
Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B targets, etc.)
Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in place,]
Land Drugstore turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
Ensure profitability of the distributor handled
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree holder with 2-5 years of experience in General Trade Sales, Customer Development, and distributor management preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry
Strong leadership & communication skills
Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
Proficiency with MS Excel / Power BI for data management & data visualization
Must be action and detail-oriented
Willing to do field work and be assigned in North & Central Luzon (Region 2)
