The Major Account Inside Sales Order Coordinator is responsible for interfacing with the major account and global strategic account service sales teams in the preparation and development of proposals, order processing, administering the day-to-day activities of managing them and reporting. The Major Account Inside Sales Order Coordinator will have some assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice as well as various assignments that are unique and require critical thinking, problem solving and an analytical approach to completing them. The Inside Sales Order Coordinator follows established procedures on routine work and requires instructions only on new assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the analysis and evaluation of existing service contracts to complete the renewal proposal.
Capture all existing equipment and services as well as obtain all new and future equipment and service opportunities to provide a comprehensive proposal to the customers.
Enters and checks orders. Completes transactions to support customer orders.
Manages phone calls and emails dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
Works with the major account managers and global strategic account managers to effectively and efficiently process orders, cancellations and rebooking requests and issues related to post sale inquiries. Runs reports as assigned.
Handles customer compliance and onboarding requests by collecting required data and information and providing to customers.
Resolves administrative issues for the service sales team such as retrieving purchase orders from various customer operating systems, working with Operations on the execution of the services sold such as assigning and scheduling service tickets and working with Credit/Collections on invoicing issues.
Engages daily with the Order Processing team to prioritize and plan work flow, tasks and activities. Updates relevant customer orders in various databases.
Supports VOS system, quality policy and continuous improvement efforts.
Retrieving and creating reports of historical product sales and services. Preparing analytical data that includes assigning service offerings to products with pricing to assist in the proposal offering process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a graduate any Bachelor's degree preferrably, business, engineering or IT.
Minimum of 3+ years of Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred with a focus on Services.
Oracle ERP experience desired.
Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze and prioritize workload to be efficient and effective in completing all tasks on time daily.
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be Detail-oriented.
Must be MS Office proficient.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
