What We'll Bring: TransUnion is seeking a Major Account Executive to deepen TransUnion's relationships with its Philippine clients across core credit risk and data capabilities and digital innovation and enablement. Candidate will aggressively pursue new opportunities for a Strategic account as well as cover a portfolio of other FI/NBFI clients.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
10+ years of business development experience
Strong and polished verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective, presentation skills. Skilled at Excel in order to effectively manage pricing and understand P&L impact of deal structures to both TransUnion and clients
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must have a positive, collaborative, can-do and professional attitude
Impact You'll Make:
Lead sales discussions with clients and prospects by identifying client pain points and priorities, uncovering opportunities, answering questions, resolving problems and pitching end-to-end TransUnion solutions. Understand clients' relationship with TUPH and the depth of their utilization of our products and services. Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities and create a strategic plan to penetrate and grow TUPH's share of the client's wallet.
Leverage and optimize Salesforce as a CRM tool and embrace, advocate and practice sales discipline across all accounts (account plan and strategy building, call report discipline, pipeline creation and tracking)
Collaborate with internal TransUnion innovation and solution partners and other functional areas to proactively engage clients on QBRs structured around the client's business issues, pitch TU products and services to clients and prospects build around their business issues, including strategic pricing with an eye towards maximizing deal profitability.
Proactively and effectively communicates in various verbal and written formats with internal stakeholders on relationship and account planning strategy
Negotiate internally and externally by effectively using the TransUnion pricing tools and guidelines and financial acumen to derive the most financially beneficial outcome for both clients and TransUnion
Actively contributes to sales strategy by contributing ideas, preparing presentation/sales material for customers, and product design/business case materials for TransUnion leadership.
Follows industry trends and related data/analytics businesses. Contributes ideas and actively participates in the investigation and research of new processes, resources and technologies that can potentially be implemented across clients to provide improved customer solutions or to broaden TransUnion's analytic consulting and related services capabilities.
Assures compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements during design and implementation of modeling and analysis projects.
Represent TransUnion to clients as a true solutions partner and evolve relationships beyond being considered a vendor of specific services
