Candidate Profile:
As a Maintenance Staff, It is important that you share our core values, reliable, has a keen eye for detail, and manual dexterity.
Job Overview:
You will conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform preventive maintenance if needed. Your tasks will include painting works, carpentry, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
Job Objectives:
To apply basic fixes to equipment and building systems.
To fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
To check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
Install new equipment and repair existing equipment.
Report to facilities or maintenance manager for issues.
Check heating systems; install ventilation filters for odor issues that might arise from time to time.
Job Specifications:
At least High School graduate or with Vocational course.
Must have one year of related experience.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Willing to work in Newport, Pasay.
