Requisition Number 79188 Position Overview The Maintenance Renewal Specialist is responsible for reconciling client contract data, preparing maintenance renewal quotes, and owning the client's renewal data. The incumbent will conduct research, reconcile and verify client's renewal asset data as well as gather cost pricing from our vendor partners, reconcile data against our data, and generate renewal quotations. What you'll do at Insight Reconcile Client renewal contract data Reconcile vendor contract data Pull client renewal data reports from the system and reconcile in MS Excel Answer contract maintenance data base issues Work with vendors to receive quotes with set timelines Work in coordination with Maintenance Renewal Assoc and Account Executives sales team All other duties as assigned What you'll need to join Insight Computer hardwaresoftware knowledge College graduate with a 2-year degree Proven hands-on skills with MS Excel, MS Office, ServiceNow Knowledge in SAPSMART and ServiceNow databases Detail-oriented Creating relationships with Sales team and Vendors to receive quotes in a timely manner Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to multi-task Familiarity with cloud technical concepts The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
